From 1 July 2019, you can no longer lodge mainstream property dealings in paper form in NSW.

The NSW Office of the Registrar General are now transitioning to eConveyancing in NSW and discontinuing paper
From 1 July 2019, the following must be lodged electronically:
- Transfers,
- Mortgages and discharges of mortgage,
- Caveats and withdrawals of caveat, and
- Transmission applications.
Only registered subscribers can lodge documents with NSW Land Registry Services electronically.
