The Firms Values

Richard was born in India, his family migrated to Australia in 1969 in search of opportunity in the “Lucky Country”. The family placed great emphasis on two things, namely:-

  1. EDUCATION
  2. SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY

Forty-six years later the Firm enshrines those two principles.

Education

The Firm provides opportunities for work experience students and for law graduates completing their “Practical Legal Training”.

Service to the Community

  • The Firm provides employment to a solicitor Catherine Williams, who is an Accredited Specialist in family law, three legal secretaries, and an office manager. The Firm fosters a good working environment to give the staff a sense of belonging, making a contribution and providing a valuable service.
  • The Firm is all about client care which starts with listening, providing help and being committed to the best outcome.
  • The Firm carries out pro-bono work free of charge to particularly vulnerable members of the community such as people with mental health issues who come in contact with the criminal justice system, women escaping violence and young people at risk.
  • The Firm provides JP services during office hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
